• Step 1:Enable notification for Studentpro in your phone settings

1. Open phoneSettings -> Apps & Notifications. 

2. Find and Tap onStudentpro

3. Tap onNotifications and turn onShow Notifications. 

• Step 2:Set app storage to clear normally

1. From the app drawer, openSettings -> System.

2. SelectRecent app management.

3. Ensure thatNormal clearis enabled. 

• Step 3:Exclude Studentpro from battery optimization

1. From the app drawer, openSettings. TapBattery -> Battery Optimization. 

2. TapApps not optimizedand selectAll apps. 

3. FindStudentproand ensure it's set toDon't optimize.
