• Step 1:Exclude Studentpro from battery optimization

1. Open PhoneSettings -> Apps. 

2 Find and tap onStudentpro.

3. UnderApp settings, tapNotifications 4 Then ensure thatNotifications are enabled(Allowed).

• Step 2:Exclude Studentpro from battery optimization

1. From the app drawer, openSettings -> Apps. 

2. Tap the menu button on the top-right and selectSpecial access. 

3. Tap onOptimize battery usage.

4. Scroll down to locateStudentpro and toggle the slider to OFF.
