• Step 1: Enable notifications for Studentpro in your phone settings 

1. Go toSettings -> More Settings. 

2. Tap onApp Manager -> Studentpro.

3. InNotificationenable Allow Notification, Top preview, and Show on lock screen.

• Step 2: Allow background power consumption

1. OpenSettings -> Battery. 

2. Then tap onHigh Background Power Consumption. In it enable Studentpro app to receive notifications.
