• Step 1: Enable notifications for Studentpro in your phone settings

1. OpenSecurityapp on your phone and tap on Manage apps.

2. Look forStudentpro and tap on it. 

3. Tap on Notifications.

4. Ensure thatShow notifications are turned on. 5 UnderCategories,slide the toggles and enable Floating notifications, Lock screen notifications, and Sound.

• Step 2: Enable autostart of Studentpro

1. OpenSecurityapp on your phone and tap on Manage apps.

2. Look forStudentpro and tap on it.

3. Enable Autostart.

• Step 3: Exclude Studentpro from battery optimization

1. OpenSecurity app on your phone and tap on Manage apps.

2. Look forStudentpro and tap on it.

3. Tap onBattery saver, and selectNo restrictions.
